Achieving the Dream 2025 Cohort Application
Our vision is for every college to be a catalyst for equitable, antiracist, and economically vibrant communities. We know that with the right partner and the right approach, colleges can drive expanded access, boost completion rates, and increase employment outcomes that lead to economic and social mobility — so that all students can engage in life-changing learning that propels them into community-changing careers. By joining ATD’s Network, you become connected to an ever-growing community of colleges committed to equity and driving innovative strategies for increasing student success for all students.
Leaders of ATD Network institutions have unique opportunities to learn from — and with — their peers through exclusive access to Network events, summits, and convenings. You benefit from strategic, customized, and sustained support during your participation in the Network. You also have options to deepen your work through targeted coaching services. Join our Network to begin the next stage of your institutional transformation.
As a participant of our Network, you will have a committed partner on the path to student success. Network colleges can expect to do the following:
- Utilize ATD coaching, resources, and professional development opportunities to transform how they serve students at their institution, building institutional capacity, and increasing student success through these efforts
- Work with ATD coaches to review institutional and community data, and develop an action plan that leverages current or new strategies and supports to help students succeed in and out of the classroom
- Utilize opportunities to connect with peer learning opportunities and, through ATD platforms, such as learning events, webinars, etc., share and showcase their learnings and institutional successes serving students

- Board statement of support: You may use ATD’s board letter of support template; email network@achievingthedream.org to request this template.
- The president/CEO statement must be signed and dated by the president/CEO and include the following: "By submitting this with my signature, I affirm that I reviewed and approved my institution’s application to join the ATD Network as part of the 2025 cohort.
- You may draft your application in this Word document and copy and paste your responses into SurveyMonkey Apply when you are ready to submit. Drafts can be saved and edited and will not be submitted until you hit the “Submit” button.
